someone must be really high if they think it will be legalized in 2010, it will a good 10 to 15 year out before you will see it become 100% legal and taxed. it will be a slow state be state thing that will happen after medical weed becomes the law of the land

In 4 years if trends continue, a majority of Americans will be in favor legalization. Right now in the vast majority of media personalities are in favor of ending prohibition. Even Fox News is favor of ending prohibition. 2010 legalization is possible. Once California goes legal (referendum in 2010 and 54% right now in Californians are in favor of legalization) When California goes, the rest of America will follow. in 2010 our slogan Yes We Can(nabis)
