Breckenridge, Colorado Voters Decriminalize Pot Possession Up to An Ounce
Starting at the beginning of next year, Breckenridge residents 21 and older will be allowed to possess paraphernalia and up to an ounce of pot legally after successfully amending the town code in Tuesday’s election.
