But 90% of drug related arrests or not just marijuana, they are for the harder drugs. Even if marijuana was legalized I doubt that it would make much of a difference in the percentage of drug related arrests. But if it does, like he says, and there is not a greater need to hire so many policeman, then they’re out of a job, and of luck.

Economic is causing so much problem to the world. It is teaching people to seek benefit and profit. Causing people to be materialism. Causing people to be unsatisfied with their life causing people to suicide causing people to suffer causing people to forget the word “enough” Causing to world to loose balance between the mental and physical world.

Now we at least recognize it medically once again. Thanks to the iphone application iStrainGuide, EVERYONE can make quick reference to the ever expanding universe of THC variety. (matthewjcote)dotcom

@Dennissays Once an addict yes its true that it would be difficult to believe. But one very little known fact about heroin that neither the govt or dealers will tell you is that heroin can be safely used without addiction if you wait at least a week or 2 before the next use. Therefore its very possible to use and be a productive member of society. All it takes is personal responisibility.

Economist don’t want people to get rich because people get rich, they will work less, work less don’t benefit economic. Economist want people to be a labor working to produce better GDP and so on. Economic principle is just focus in materialism making people self-fish. Economic is the subject of the hard work labor. I hate economic. Correct me with reason if i am wrong. Economic don’t care about people feeling all economic care is productivity.

@SumNJFella You say once rehabilitated, meaning they don’t use any more? Or they still use but have been rehabilitated? Because I strongly disagree that a heroin addict can use and be a productive member of a society.

@Dennissays… even heroin addicts are productive people. (Once rehabilitated) And believe it or not, I’ve met junkies with higher intellect than these kids roaming around the universities. There’s a void in their life that they are despertley trying to fill… It’s called a chemical imbalance in their brains. Don’t knock junkies for trying to self-medicate…you have such a vicious view of people who abuse drugs…Now for weed…that should be legal lol..

legalize weed. if you do that most people wont even do heroin or cocaine. i would think heroin user would start using pot instead. the ones that go to rehab get clean they will say hey now that weeds legal ill just smoke that since its save instead of jamming needles into my arms. i dont know if im right thats what i would do.

ok , if weed was legalized it would be that only the government can grow it , it would still be illegal to grow it in your own home , this is not what most people want , most people want to be able to grow it in there own houses , if the government could only grow it you would get a small ammount of it no matter what .

I think it’s important to look at this from a money stand point. Moral issues have left us in a mess for a long time over this. Too many hot heads on both sides. Money talks, and while I am not in favor of money trumping morality, we need a new way to look at this problem that ruins lives. If we are not a rational people, I will take what I can get to get my message across. We NEED more people like this, thinking like this to help the cause.
