L.A. Medical Pot Ordinance Sparks Controversy

In the continuing saga of the L.A. City Council’s bumbling attempt to 1) actually pass a legitimate medical marijuana ordinance, and, 2) somehow ban the sale of medical marijuana, the council is buckling down today to finish drafts of their latest anti-medical marijuana legislation.
