    @timothythegreat1 its a class c under 1/2 ounce and they write a ticket now. I never have over 1/2 ounce at my home ever……..so they can write a ticket if they are really really bored. Its pretty lax right now as long as you arent growning ot dealing. Stay away from that and you are ok in Texas. Wish I was in colorado though………0h well I can dream.

    wow didnt know you were from texas penaltys for holdin or growin out there is like 100 times worse than it is way up north here in oregon… down there you can get 10 years for growing a few plants and up here 1-99 plants is 30 days max in prision haha…
