well ovbousily you possibly can grow outside in the event you could stop being retarded, the only real reason people grow inside is because they dont have the weather for it.
Theres a variety of factors of why people grow inside. They are able to control every single condition inside. How much lumens the plants get as an illustration, and common-sense says the more light gave out can have a huge impact on something that needs light to grow.( Hope I worded that correctly )

ok then, can u tell me how long it takes for a seed to sprout mine had been in for every week and i see nothing?
thats what my brother uses a flurouscent light however it works but the seed only sprouts to about 4 inches then dies from not enough heat and light
don't take heed to that other person below me, they could be grown that way, they'll just be leggy and sickly looking. it's not recommended. HPS (high pressure sodium) Bulbs are just Recommended, not required.
